选举期间外出的选民，可以书面委托本社区其他选民代为投票。每一选民接受的委托不得超过三人。候选人不得接受委托投票。居民选举委员会应当公布委托人和受托人的名单。采取居民代表选举方式的，不实行委托投票。

On Hacker News I was accused of said clickbaiting when making a similar statement with accusations of “I haven’t had success with Opus 4.5 so you must be lying.” The remedy to this skepticism is to provide more evidence in addition to greater checks and balances, but what can you do if people refuse to believe your evidence?
